　　中新网兰州8月24日电 （记者 崔琳）兰州市政府应急办24日披露日前张掖路步行街塌陷原因：经专家组调查，事故形成的道路塌陷区长25米，宽3.5米至9米，深3米至3.5米，引起路面塌陷的原因主要有以下三个：

　　一、步行街管线回填不密实，塌陷区段工程建设频繁，地下管道密集等多种因素，造成路面突发塌陷。

　　二、步行街地下雨污水管道存在渗漏。

　　三、步行街地面雨水明渠变形，有渗漏，地下管道周围土体流失，造成局部空洞，加之8月22日夜晚突降大雨，加剧对路基土体冲刷，引起路面塌陷。

　　8月23日15时许，地处兰州市城关区繁华路段的张掖路步行街城隍庙附近人行道发生路面塌陷，2人掉入坍塌区受轻伤。事故发生后，甘肃省长林铎、副省长李荣灿分别作出批示，兰州市政府随即要求各相关县区和部门单位企业，在近期市区降水较多，轨道交通等重点工程紧张实施的特殊时期对全市供排水系统进行一次全面排查，彻底查找问题漏洞和薄弱环节。

　　针对路面塌陷区及雨污水管线和通讯线路抢修进程，结合专家组意见，兰州市提出：抓紧时间，立即组织开展回填作业，确保地下管线安全；对已断裂的排污管线、强电弱电及破损明渠实施抢修；科学施工，确保质量，全面恢复路面；对张掖路全区段采用物探方法进行探查，查明存在的空洞体，并进行工程处理。
