IT资讯讯 8月17日消息，8月12日，中国人民银行对首批27家第三方支付机构的牌照的续展结果8月12日正式出炉，支付宝、银联、财付通等27家机构牌照续展有效期为五年，截止日期为2021年5月2日。而对于第三方支付机构而言，尤其是对于此前曾因为严重违规被处以大额罚款的第三方支付机构，支付牌照获得续期就代表完事大吉？并不是。

目前，中国中央银行北京营管部8月16日挂出行政处罚公示《银管罚〔2016〕8号》，因“违反相关清算管理规定”，易宝支付有限公司被警告，没收违法所得10592246元，并处以违法所得4倍的罚款42368984元（合计5296.12万元），公示显示作出处罚的日期为8月5日。

值得注意的是，易宝支付正是首批27家支付牌照获得续期的第三方支付机构的其中一家，但中国中央银行对于其违规行为毫不手软，可见获得支付牌照续期和违规行为的处罚完全是两码事。

面对5296.12万元的高额罚单，目前易宝支付方面在官网发文对此事进行了通报，称坚决支持并认真执行人民银行的决议，深刻反省自身不足，积极整改落实。
