湖南交通厅副厅长拉保险被拉下水 其儿子受贿获刑
新华人寿湖南分公司员工罗某为承揽保险业务行贿47.26万元，最终将一对父子都“拉下了水”。
罗某认识原湖南省交通厅总经济师、副厅长李某之子后便提出，由其说动其父，帮他承揽保险业务。
据深读了解，在副厅长李某的帮助下，罗某先后拿到了5家湖南省内的高速公路项目意外保险业务，其间行贿47.26万元。
2016年5月26日，法院以受贿罪判处李某之子有期徒刑3年，缓刑3年。李某、罗某被另案处理。
官员利用职务之便 5次引荐保险业务
深读了解到，2002年11月至2012年9月，李某历任湖南省交通运输厅助理巡视员、总经济师、党组成员、副厅长。
法院查明，2008年下半年间，新华人寿湖南分公司员工罗某向李某的儿子提出，请他父亲出面向高速公路项目负责人打招呼，帮她承揽保险业务，并承诺给好处费。
李某之子随后向父亲转达了承诺，李某表示同意。
之后,李某之子与罗某商定，将好处费存入以罗某名义开户办理但由李某之子持用的银行卡中。
2008年至2011年，李某利用职务之便，先后5次引荐罗某参与保险业务，为其供职的新华人寿湖南分公司获取保险业务。
2008年12月9日至2011年7月26日，李某之子通过前述银行卡，先后7次收受罗某好处费47.26万元。
主动退回受贿款 获缓刑
深读了解到，2012年3月，湖南省纪委对湖南省交通运输厅原党组书记陈明宪立案调查。
陈明宪 之后，李某担心受贿行为败露，要求将受贿款退还。
2012年4月23日，其子在前述银行卡中存入50万元，将卡退给罗某。但之后，他又把卡从罗某处要了回来，直至2012年8月才将卡再次退还。
2016年5月26日，湖南省长沙市岳麓区法院以受贿罪判处李某之子有期徒刑3年，缓刑3年，并处罚金20万元。
李某被另案处理。
具体犯罪事实

2008年下半年的一天，李某向湖南省交通厅与广东联泰集团共同设立的永蓝公司项目经理俞某打招呼，请其关照罗某代表的新华人寿保险公司承接永蓝高速公路项目上的保险业务。
后经俞某推荐，新华人寿湖南分公司等公司共同承保该项目建筑工程团体意外伤害保险及附加意外伤害团体医疗保险。

李某曾推荐深圳华昱投资开发公司参与某高速公路项目。2008年年底至2009年上半年，李某联系该公司子公司负责人于某，请其关照罗某业务，后新华人寿湖南分公司承保了该项目9个合同段的建筑工程团体意外伤害保险及附加意外伤害团体医疗保险。

2009年上半年的一天，李某以老领导的亲朋想做保险业务为由请托关照，后有关人员向湖南省高速公路管理局财务处推荐新华人寿湖南分公司，后湖南省高速公路建设开发总公司与新华人寿湖南分公司签订建筑工程施工人员意外伤害保险及附加意外伤害医疗保险的保险协议。

湖南省交通厅与利嘉实业集团共同设立了长浏公司。2009年下半年的一天，李某联系长浏公司负责人胡某请其关照罗某，后新华人寿湖南分公司承保了2个合同段的建筑工程团体意外伤害保险及附加意外伤害团体医疗保险。

2010年下半年的一天，李某联系长韶娄公司法定代表人蒋某请其关照罗某的保险业务，后新华人寿湖南分公司承保了长韶娄高速公路项目建筑工程施工人员团体人身意外伤害保险及附加意外伤害医疗保险。
