村干部贪腐过亿两委会“沦陷”
东滩社区是西安市南郊一处城中村社区，由原东滩村村委会改制而来。2014年底，社区主任于凡因为巨额贪腐被西安市雁塔区纪委立案调查。这一案件始于2011年东滩村的改制。当时，东滩村被纳入城中村改造范畴。为保障失地农民权益，按政策村里留有130亩生活依托地，村委会可主导开发，利益由村民共 享。
