　　新华社广州8月13日专电（记者毛一竹）12日，广东省东莞市中级人民法院一审公开开庭审理了广东省委组织部原副部长林存德涉嫌受贿一案。林存德被控在干部提拔任用等方面涉嫌受贿折合人民币共计2400多万元。

　　公诉机关指控：被告人林存德在广东省委组织部任职期间，利用职务便利，在干部提拔任用、工程承揽及安排人员入学、就业等方面为他人谋利，大肆收受贿赂，折合人民币共计2400余万元。案发后，被告人林存德主动交代了办案机关未掌握的部分受贿犯罪事实，并退缴全部赃款。

　　庭审中，公诉人出示了相关证据，合议庭认真听取了控辩双方的意见，林存德当庭表示认罪悔罪。审判长宣布待合议后择期宣判。部分群众及被告人家属旁听了审判。（完）
