　　日本媒体称，岸田向程永华表示，“决不能容许单方面加剧现场紧张的行为”，要求中方船只尽早驶离。程永华对此反驳称，钓鱼岛及其附属岛屿自古以来就是中国的固有领土，中国对此拥有无可争辩的主权。中国船只在钓鱼岛附近活动是“理所当然”。

　　日媒称，这是5日中国公务船与渔船一同驶入钓鱼岛附近海域后，日本阁僚首次向中方直接抗议。此前，外务省事务次官杉山晋辅等人曾再三表示抗议，但由于状况没有得到改善，日方认为有必要在政治层面处理。
