中国中铁签约孟加拉国31亿美元基建项目|中铁|中企走出去_新闻资讯

　　新华社达卡8月8日电（记者刘春涛）孟加拉国铁路局与中国中铁股份有限公司8日在孟加拉国首都达卡正式签署帕德玛大桥铁路连接线项目建设合同，项目合同金额为31.4亿美元。

　　孟加拉国铁道部长穆吉布·哈克、中国驻孟加拉国大使马明强、中国中铁董事长李长进等出席了当天的签约仪式。

　　这一项目是孟加拉国东西部客货运输主通道之一，线路起于达卡站，经帕德玛大桥最终至杰索尔，组成孟加拉国西南部铁路网骨架。项目新建铁路正线里程168.6公里，最高设计时速120公里。

　　项目建成后，孟加拉国西部和西南部地区交通状况将获得极大改善，并将有力带动上述地区及孟加拉国社会经济发展。同时，项目也将促进孟加拉国与中国、印度、缅甸的经贸往来。

　　中国中铁大桥局于2014年中标帕德玛大桥主桥工程，合同金额约15.5亿美元。目前，项目主体工程已正式开工，正有序推进。帕德玛大桥项目是迄今中国企业承建的最大海外桥梁工程，被当地居民称为“梦想之桥”。

　　帕德玛大桥铁路连接线和帕德玛大桥的建成将彻底结束孟加拉国南部21个区与首都达卡之间居民摆渡往来的历史，这条线路将成为泛亚铁路的重要通道之一。（完）
