陕西卖酒公安局长涉嫌违纪被免职 正继续接受调查

　　8月5日晚，澎湃新闻（www.thepaper.cn）从陕西榆林市纪委了解到，榆林横山县公安局党委书记、局长师永峰因涉嫌违纪，已被免去职务，并继续接受组织调查。

　　此前的7月17日，澎湃新闻报道横山县公安局局长师永峰在2009年12月至2013年9月任清涧县公安局局长期间，被举报有动员干警集资千万盖酒店、向下属单位强卖白酒、利用职权报销修车费等涉嫌违法违纪的问题。

　　澎湃新闻报道3天后，7月20日上午，西部网报道称，榆林市纪委曾从多个渠道收到过若干反映师永峰的有关问题线索，先后派了两个调查组分别进行初核。根据近期收到的新的反映问题线索，初步查明师永峰涉嫌违纪。榆林市纪委决定对师永峰立案，进行纪律审查。

　　此后，澎湃新闻追踪调查发现，师永峰的妻子李悦萍、弟弟师永健涉嫌伪造档案骗取公职。其中，李悦萍涉嫌以伪造档案的方法，于2009年从榆林市绥德县水务局调入横山县教育局下属的事业单位——横山县中小学后勤管理服务中心。但澎湃新闻在绥德县水务局采访时获知，该局也从未有过叫李悦萍的员工。另外，澎湃新闻调查发现，李悦萍还涉嫌篡改年龄，并被人举报其以病假为由长期吃空饷。

　　横山县人社局相关负责人告诉澎湃新闻，师永健是在2009年从榆林市佳县公安局调入横山县横山镇财政所，为公务员身份。但佳县公安局相关负责人向澎湃新闻表示，该局从未有过叫师永健的警察。佳县公安局多位干警在看过师永健的照片后均表示，并不认识此人。因此，师永健也涉嫌伪造档案骗取公职。

　　在李悦萍、师永健“空降”横山县的2009年，师永峰任横山县公安局政委。但李悦萍、师永健、师永峰均未接受澎湃新闻采访。

　　8月1日，澎湃新闻就此刊发《陕西卖酒公安局长遭审查，其妻子、弟弟被指伪造档案骗取公职》一文。当天，人民网刊发报道称，澎湃新闻的报道“引起横山县高度重视，县纪检委针对报道中反映的问题展开了调查。”

　　8月5日晚，澎湃新闻从榆林市纪委了解到，师永峰因涉嫌违纪已被免去横山县公安局党委书记、局长职务，并继续接受组织调查。
