　　记者从在5日召开的《新疆维吾尔自治区实施＜中华人民共和国反恐怖主义法＞办法》新闻发布会上了解到，新疆正式颁布的“实施办法”是在《中华人民共和国反恐怖主义法》的基础上，就总则、恐怖活动组织和人员的认定与公告、安全防范、情报信息、调查、应对处置、教育管理等方面内容进行细化、补充，共有10章61条，于2016年8月1日施行。
