北京和平里北街路面塌陷 绊倒出租车

　　新京报快讯(记者周佳琪)今日(8月3日)下午5时许，北京东城区和平里北街与兴化路交叉路口附近出现了一处路面塌陷，形成一个上口直径约为1米的坑。北京市政路桥管理养护集团有限公司的工作人员称，目前塌陷原因尚不清楚，可能与最近持续降雨有关。

　　下午5时许，新京报记者在现场看到，在东城区和平里北街与兴华路交叉路口东侧，西向东的主路路面出现塌陷，形成一个上口直径约为1米，下口直径为2.5米至3.5米，深度为2米左右的坑。坑内没有水，完全空洞。现场多名养护人员抢修施工，占用和平里北街西向东主路，过往车辆只能借辅路通行。

　　附近的一位食品摊摊主告诉记者，从今日下午4时开始，事发地点就有塌陷的迹象，“开始只是个直径约为20厘米的洞口，后来慢慢扩大至1米左右”。摊主回忆说，下午5时许，曾有一辆金杯车经过事发地，“只是颠簸了一下，但安全通过了”。随后一辆出租车驶过时，“咣当一声，车的右前轮陷了进去”。

　　涉事出租车司机刘师傅称，下午5时许，他搭载一名乘客行驶在和平里北街主路上，突然看到前方有一个井盖大小的坑。情急之下，他迅速向右打方向盘躲闪，“但已经来不及了，还是蹿了上去”。

　　“吓了一跳，好在我和乘客都没事”，刘师傅说，车的右前轮陷进了坑里，车右前方底盘接触到地面，整个前轴承都断了。刘师傅报警后，警方将涉事车辆拖至东边十字路口处。

　　北京市政路桥管理养护集团有限公司的一名工作人员告诉记者，目前养护集团正在和管线单位、排水集团进行事故责任认定，塌陷原因尚不清楚，“可能与最近的持续降雨有关”。

　　下午7时许，记者在现场看到，多名养护人员在用石子、沙土对塌陷处进行填埋，预计今晚8时30分至9时道路能恢复畅通。

　　目前，刘师傅正与警方、路政部门协商解决理赔事宜。上述养护集团的工作人员表示，针对路面塌陷给行人造成的损失，单位专门在保险公司上了财产险。“一旦认定是养护集团的责任，我们将尽快启动保险理赔流程。”
