　　中新社合肥8月2日电 安徽省旅游局原局长胡学凡涉嫌受贿一案2日在该省安庆市中级人民法院宣判。因受贿罪，胡学凡一审被判处有期徒刑12年。

　　安庆市检察院指控，1997年至2014年间，胡学凡利用职务上的便利，为22家单位或个人在旅游专项资金拨付、景区评级、工作调动等方面谋取利益，直接或通过家人非法收受或索取现金、购物卡、首饰等财物，共计折合人民币496万余元。

　　据介绍，胡学凡被指控的100多次受贿大多与旅游业务相关，包括景区评级、旅游商品评级、旅游项目发展、旅游地产项目开发等。

　　2015年6月29日，胡学凡涉嫌受贿一案在安庆市中级人民法院开庭审理。2015年12月22日，胡学凡涉嫌受贿一案第二次开庭审理，因“案件重大复杂”，安庆市中级人民法院在审理本案时，依照刑事诉讼法及司法解释有关规定，先后向安徽省高级人民法院和中国最高人民法院报请延长审理期限。（完）
