山西侦破涉及19省份96城市的特大网络制贩枪支案

　　中新网太原7月21日电  (记者 宋立超)山西省公安厅21日对外通报，该省警方成功查获一个涉及中国19省份96市的特大制贩枪支犯罪集团，抓获违法犯罪嫌疑人33名，查缴枪支32支，枪支零部件350套，钢珠弹5000余枚。
　　今年1月，山西省晋中市公安局城区分局发现一条网上购买枪支的重要线索。警方立即组织警力顺线追踪，一举抓获了在网上非法购买枪支的犯罪嫌疑人薛某国。通过循线调查，晋中警方又抓获了上线卖家肖某鹏、郝某微和另一买家张某辉，收缴“快排”式枪支2支。
　　此案引起中国公安部及山西省公安厅高度重视，将其列为两级督办案件，加大侦查指导力度。
　　专案民警通过对网上微信、QQ及网络支付、物流等渠道深入侦查，初步查明，这是一个通过微信朋友圈发广告、联系买家、微信转账、整枪分解、多点发货、快递接收、视频教授技术组装的非法制贩枪支犯罪集团。警方进一步调查还发现，该集团自2015年8月以来，通过微信方式，已经在网上贩卖“快排”式枪支60余支、“秃鹰”式枪支10余支、“板球pcp”式枪支6支、“1911”式手枪30余支。
　　据了解，该犯罪集团通过快递方式，曾将非法枪支卖往山西、吉林、辽宁、黑龙江、山东、陕西、河北、河南、福建、云南、内蒙古、海南、贵州、浙江、广东、江苏、江西、新疆等19省份96市，严重危害当地社会安全。
　　在中国公安部统一指挥下，目前该案已抓获33名违法犯罪嫌疑人。其中16人已被依法刑事拘留，17人被依法治安拘留。此外，警方还在黑龙江省宜春市打掉私藏非法枪支窝点1个，缴获枪支32支、枪支配件350套、钢珠弹5000余枚。
　　据介绍，目前，山西省公安机关正在抽调精干警力继续深挖犯罪，力争尽快全面摧毁这一买卖枪支弹药的犯罪网络体系，以彻底消除由此造成的治安隐患。
