18th the theme "equal rights now" the 21st World AIDS Conference in South Africa opens Durban, 5-day meeting focused on how to achieve the goal of eradicating HIV/AIDS by 2030 global. According to UNAIDS data show that by 2015, the global total of 15 million people on AIDS treatment. From 2002 to 2012, the number of new HIV infections reduced by 58%.

本次大会主席、国际艾滋病协会主席克里斯·拜雷尔表示，我们必须确保每一步行动都建立在科学、尊重人权的基础上。如果我们不选择正确的战略，那么来之不易的成果将出现逆转。

据联合国艾滋病规划署的数据显示，截至2015年，全球共有1500万人接受了艾滋病治疗。从2002年至2012年，新增艾滋病感染者数量减少了58%。
