王正然描述，当晚19时30分，王正然及其妻子从公司所在办公室下楼吃饭，在电梯口就被2人尾随其后，到楼下后又出现2名男子，4人一起对其拳打脚踢，在打人的过程中4名打人者没有讲一句话，整个过程持续1分钟左右。
