8日下午，有网友发微博称，榆林市榆阳区人大代表、常家梁胜利煤矿矿长张琦实名举报榆林市公安局交警支队车管所所长徐登奎煤矿参股110万元，并动用公权致使法院作出不公判决。针对此事，徐登奎告诉华商报记者，张琦与他弟弟徐登军有债务纠纷，此举为故意抹黑他，想通过他给徐登军施压，放弃债务。
微博中称，徐登奎曾入股榆林常家梁胜利煤矿110万元，但因煤矿不景气，未能按时支付分红，徐登奎雇佣社会闲杂人员对该矿矿长张琦进行跟踪，并动用公权致使法院作出判决，让张琦赔偿368.8万元。网帖发出后，舆论迅速发酵。常家梁胜利煤矿位于榆林市榆阳区牛家梁镇，为国有控股企业，是榆林市重点建设项目。经华商报记者核实，张琦确实为常家梁胜利煤矿矿长、榆林市榆阳区人大代表。
徐登奎昨日对华商报记者说，张琦和他弟弟徐登军有债务关系，目前法院已作出判决，此前，张曾多次找到他让他劝说徐登军放弃起诉，但他未答应。“举报内容子虚乌有，张琦是想威胁我，让我劝徐登军放弃起诉。”徐登军也通过网络发出声明，称他于2009年给吃空饷的佳县水务局干部张琦投资110万元，后产生合同纠纷，此事与交警支队徐登奎无任何瓜葛。榆阳区法院于2016年5月24日作出一审判决，依法判决张琦偿还368.8万元。徐登军称，微博举报内容严重失实，他保留对张琦和相关博主的诉讼权利！
