昨天晚些时候，有媒体报道称龚雪辉的家属向政府索赔了1200万元，并最终与政府达成了赔偿协议，协议数额并没对外公布。
法晚（微信公号ID：fzwb_52165216）记者从龚雪辉家属处了解到，从7日发现尸体后，当地政府就一直在派人与家属接触，一直到昨天都在谈判过程中。其亲属告诉法制晚报：关于网传索赔1200万元并已经达成协议一事，完全是不负责任的说法。家属到目前尚未与政府达成赔偿协议，更没有签字。至于1200万元的索赔数额，其亲属表示完全不知情。
最后龚雪辉的亲属表示，他们的索赔一定会在合法的范围内进行，同时要求依法追究有关责任人的责任。
法制晚报记者还了解到，昨天晚些时候，在废墟内发现的尸体已经火化，骨灰现在临时搭建的灵堂内摆放。
