数据显示，2015年海淀区企业完成并购交易107起，涉及金额近1200亿元，占北京同期规模的六成左右。

今年以来，北京海淀从政策、机构、平台及空间等几方面持续布局并购行业建设，设立了总规模达300亿元的中关村并购母基金，引导金融资本与产业资本有机结合。海淀年内将在中关村西区挂牌“中关村并购资本中心”，用于聚集国际、国内资本和中介机构等并购核心功能要素并提供服务空间。
