豌豆荚联合创始人王俊煜表示，豌豆荚的应用分发业务目前在盈利状态，与其他同类产品相比，豌豆荚以帮助用户发现高品质的应用和游戏为目标。

阿里巴巴移动事业群总裁俞永福表示，豌豆荚加入阿里移动，未来更大的价值在于双方在大数据与内容的双向互利。

公开资料显示，2010年4月，豌豆荚发布1.0 Beta版，是李开复创立的创新工场孵化的第一批产品，也是国内最早的第三方安卓应用市场之一，根据其公布的数字显示，累积安装量超过5亿。
