CEO Wang Junyu pea pods: we choose selling Alibaba-pea pods, Alibaba-IT information

IT资讯讯 7月5日消息，今天下午豌豆荚已经宣布分发业务将并入阿里巴巴移动事业群，双方已正式签订并购协议，但并未公布具体交易金额。随后豌豆荚CEO王俊煜发布对外信息，表示与阿里巴巴接触始于2013年，主动选择被阿里收购，但豌豆荚“不是终点”。
阿里移动全资收购豌豆荚应用分发业务后，豌豆荚将与阿里移动旗下的UC、高德地图、神马搜索、PP助手等组成阿里移动业务布局。整合后的豌豆荚将与PP助手共同拓展移动分发市场。
