　　据美联社消息，菲律宾新总统杜特尔特5日表示，如果南海仲裁案的结果对菲律宾有利，他已经准备好和中国对话，避免战争。

　　杜特尔特称，对于仲裁结果将有利于菲律宾，菲方持乐观态度。不过，如果结果不利，菲方也会接受并遵守。

　　他称，拿到裁决副本之后，菲律宾将会采取相应的行动。
