7月4日，援引外媒消息，中国邮政储蓄银行终于通过中国银监会审核，在上周向香港交易所提交上市申请，这也是最后一家还未上市的国有商业银行。根据银监会批复，中国邮政储蓄银行在香港上市并首次公开发行H股股票，发行规模不超过139.23亿股H股，所募集资金用于补充资本金。
业内人士称，中国邮政储蓄银行此次募资可达70亿美元到100亿美元。全球集资规模最大的IPO，可能超过此前的阿里巴巴。中国邮政储蓄银行估值约500亿美元。
截至2015年9月末，中国邮政储蓄银行拥有营业网点超过4万个，打造包括网上银行、手机银行、电话银行、电视银行、微博银行、微信银行和易信银行在内的电子金融服务网络，服务客户近5亿；资产总额近6.8万亿元人民币，信贷资产不良率为0.82%。
中国邮政储蓄银行此前已经公布有10家战略投资者，包括瑞银集团、摩根大通、星展银行、加拿大养老基金投资公司、淡马锡、国际金融公司6家国际知名金融机构；还包括中国人寿、中国电信两家大型国有企业和蚂蚁金服、腾讯两家互联网企业。
