人社部相关负责人介绍，在就业方面，人社部下半年将重点做好以下三方面工作：一是要抓好高校毕业生、农民工等重点群体就业创业，抓好化解过剩产能过程中职工安置工作;二是要研究进一步完善就业创业政策措施，推动政策落实;三是要密切关注就业形势变化，保持就业形势持续稳定。
