中国首次实现卫星“空中加油”:仅少数国家能做到

  科技日报长沙6月30日电(特约记者王握文 记者唐先武)记者30日从国防科技大学获悉,由该校自主设计研制、搭载长征七号运载火箭发射升空的“天源一号”卫星在轨加注实验载荷,已成功完成微重力条件下流体管理与加注、高精度推进剂测量等9项在轨试验。北京航天飞行控制中心收到的遥测与数传数据表明,我国首次卫星在轨加注试验取得成功。


  “天源一号”是我国首个卫星在轨加注飞行试验系统,具有集成度高、自主性强、稳定性好等特点。搭载长征七号运载火箭升空后的几天里,“天源一号”根据预定计划进行了卫星在轨加注核心关键技术试验与验证,获取了3种贮箱加注全过程的完整视频和相关试验数据,加注过程稳定,测量与控制精度高,实测结果满足设计指标要求。


  据项目负责人介绍,卫星在轨加注类似飞机空中加油,通过直接传输的方式对卫星进行气、液补给,可大幅延长卫星在轨寿命,提高卫星机动能力。据测算,如果给静止轨道上的卫星补给60公斤燃料,即可延长卫星寿命12个月,创造近亿元的经济价值。因此,卫星在轨加注一直是国际航天领域的研究热点,目前仅有美国等极少数国家开展过此项试验。


  近年来,国防科技大学联合国内多家优势单位,对“卫星在轨加注技术”进行了深入系统研究,在“微重力条件下流体迁移及稳定性分析”等理论研究方面取得重要突破,先后攻克卫星可靠对接、管路高效密封、推进剂稳定传输及精确测量等一系列关键技术,研制出30余台套地面原理样机,获得发明专利20余项,部分技术指标达到国际先进水平。
