河南34人涉山东疫苗案被检方批捕
中新社郑州7月1日电 (记者 李贵刚)在备受关注的山东非法问题疫苗案中，截至目前，河南共有34名涉案人员被检方批准逮捕。
　　7月1日，河南省打击破坏环境资源和危害食品药品安全犯罪活动推进会上通报了上述消息。
　　河南省食药监局副局长余兴台通报称，2015年以来，河南省共查处2.93万宗各类食品药品安全违法案件，吊销药品经营许可证4家，移送司法机关343宗，捣毁制假售假窝点83个。
　　今年3月份，在备受关注的山东非法问题疫苗案中，涉及河南郑州、平顶山、开封、新乡、南阳、鹤壁等多地市。
　　今年1月至5月份，河南省检察机关受理审查起诉危害食品药品安全犯罪案件241件356人。其中，在查处山东庞红卫非法经营疫苗案中，截至目前，河南省已经立案27件63人，批准逮捕34人。
　　此前，河南省鹤壁市检察院曾公布消息称，该市淇县检察院对非法经营疫苗案被告人程治刚依法提起公诉。经查，程治刚曾向山东省济南市庞红卫等人销售还有半年左右有效期的人用B型杆菌结合疫苗、A+C+Y+W四价流脑疫苗、甲乙肝联合疫苗等二类疫苗。
