　　新京报快讯(记者王姝)去年，审计署对17个省开展了工伤保险基金专项审计。今天下午，审计署审计长刘家义向全国人大常委会作《国务院关于2015年度中央预算执行和其他财政收支的审计工作报告》时说，抽查发现，有17万个单位未按规定为114.95万名职工办理工伤保险，6个省的10.36万名“老工伤”人员尚未纳入工伤保险。

　　据其介绍，审计发现，有1.41亿元基金被骗取套取、违规发放和使用，其中17个医疗康复机构和441人编造资料骗取或冒领基金6847.76万元，63个经办机构及有关单位向809人违规发放保险待遇1662.08万元，还将5596.71万元用于人员和办公经费等。此外，还发现财务管理不规范等问题2.45亿元。

　　刘家义说，审计指出上述问题后，有关地方追回资金等6030.6万元，纠正财务管理不规范问题涉及1107万元。
