该老板随即介绍了他们平台催收团队的负责人杨霞（化名），一个看起来比较温婉的女性，而据其介绍，他们催收团队的大部分员工也都是女性。

女孩子比较容易沟通

杨霞所在的P2P公司主要是做车贷业务。她介绍了他们平台的催款流程。她表示，作为公司内部的催收团队，只要项目一有逾期，就马上会有人介入进行催收，如果电话催收没有效果，后续才会上门催收，而如果上门催收也不能完成，然后可能会走法律程序，进行诉讼或者进行外包处理。

杨霞对《每日经济新闻》记者讲述了她的一次催收经历：一个借款人借款到期之后不还款，而且态度很恶劣，打电话也不接，非常不配合，还很难找到人。后来好不容易找到了借款人，于是杨霞带人上门去进行催收，当时借款人刚好和朋友一起，她抓住了借款人比较爱面子的这一心理，没有在借款人的朋友面前暴露其借款行为，于是她最终成功地将抵押物品带走。

“其实我们团队女孩子居多，不只电话催收，上门的也有女孩子。”杨霞表示。根据介绍，他们的催收团队其实很小，总共也就不到10人，其中80%是女性。女孩子比较容易沟通，男孩子性格可能比较容易冲动，所以容易引起冲突。

一般不在上午打电话

据杨霞介绍，他们团队的催收人员平均每天可能会打100多个电话进行催收，“并不是说有那么多的案子，也不是说打给一个人，那肯定是不行的，而是过去没有催收成功的案子可能会定时打一下，还有就是遇到有的电话不接或者关机的，需要重复拨打。”

他们催收电话一般不会在上午打，会在中午以后才开始打。“很多客户还是会比较讲究，不要上午或者早上就开始打电话。”杨霞表示，“还是要给别人留一个空间。”

杨霞认为，电话催收也会遇到一些态度不好的人，该强势的时候还是应该强势起来。不过，她并不赞成恐吓或者讽刺客户。“主要还是要给客户讲清楚我们的程序，如果客户不还钱的话，可能会给他们带来哪些危害。告诉客户如果不还的话，我们就会走法律程序起诉客户。这种时候你给他讲清楚，可能以后会影响他的信用状况。”

前述广东地区P2P平台人士也表示，其实催收只是事后、出了风险后的一种手段，关键还是事前的风控防范，看借款人的资质和是否有重复的抵押物。

据杨霞介绍，按照他们的催收程序走下来，98%的逾期都可以催回来，还有小部分实在催不回来的，可能会找外包公司，但是这个数量就已经是非常少的了。

当然，前述P2P平台的单子是比较小的单子。一位单笔金额上千万元的小贷公司信贷经理则告诉《每日经济新闻》记者，他们采用的方法就是要抵押物、走法律程序、跟紧客户，“客户到哪里，你就跟到哪里。”
