盐城遭50年罕见龙卷风 自然灾害救助机制升级为Ⅰ级



　　6月23日，江苏省盐城市阜宁县突遭强冰雹、龙卷风双重灾害袭击。据中共盐城市委宣传部通报，当天下午2点30左右，该市阜宁、射阳部分地区出现强雷电、短时降雨、冰雹、雷雨大风等强对流天气，受钩状回波影响，阜宁县新沟镇等地出现34.6m/s(12级)大风，射阳海河镇等地出现27.9m/s(10级)大风，造成房屋倒塌、人员伤亡、道路受阻、设施农业受损等灾害。据初步统计，截止23日下午19点，已有51人死亡，多人受伤，具体灾情正在进一步核实中。 谷华 摄

　　中新网南京6月23日电 (记者 于从文 申冉)23日晚20时，江苏盐城市通报，该市从自然灾害救助应急Ⅱ级响应升级至Ⅰ级。当天该市遭遇的龙卷风威力之强，史上罕见，仅次于1966年3月3日过境盐城的龙卷风强度。截至当晚19时，官方通报，已造成51人死亡。

　　据盐城市政府通报：当天下午2点30左右，该市阜宁、射阳部分地区出现强雷电、短时降雨、冰雹、雷雨大风等强对流天气，阜宁县新沟镇等地出现34.6m/s(12级)大风，射阳海河镇等地出现27.9m/s(10级)大风，造成房屋倒塌、人员伤亡、道路受阻、设施农业受损等灾害。

　　由于灾情严重，当地政府在当晚20时宣布，全市启动自然灾害救助应急Ⅰ级响应机制和抢险救灾预案。

　　据江苏气象部门介绍，位于华东地区的该省，龙卷风发生频率很高。在1956年至2005年这50年间，共发生1070次龙卷风事件，平均每年都会有21.4次的龙卷风发生。就季节分布而言，该省7月的龙卷风活动最强，占年龙卷风总数的39.3%，其次为6月和8月。

　　不过，位于江苏淮河以北的盐城市，遭遇如此强度的龙卷风则极为罕见，上次该地区遭受同等强度的龙卷风，还是50年前的1966年3月3号。
