　　[环球网报道 记者 韩梅]据《菲律宾商报》6月20日援引美国媒体的消息，由菲律宾单方面所提起的“南海仲裁案”即将在7月7日发布仲裁结果。

　　2013年，菲律宾单方面向常设仲裁法院提请所谓的“南海仲裁案”。2014年12月7日，我国发布《中国政府关于菲律宾所提南海仲裁案管辖权问题的立场文件》， 2015年7月7日，法院首次举办了听证会；中国外交部也同时发表声明，不承认常设仲裁法院对此案的司法管辖权，也拒绝接受菲律宾任何形式有关此案的和解建议。

　　日前，肯尼亚、塞拉利昂等非洲国家表态支持中国的立场。20日，柬埔寨首相洪森表示，柬埔寨将不会支持菲律宾单方面提出的南海仲裁案的结果，并呼吁有关方面通过双边谈判解决分歧。
