　　藏传佛教活佛转世系统中，除了达赖和班禅外，还有很多德高望重者。珠康活佛在接受媒体采访时，讲述了自己一天的行程：

　　“我在中国佛教协会西藏分会和西藏佛学院上班，有时候到佛学院讲课。此外，还常去牧区送医药品，扶贫助学等等。老百姓会对活佛表达心意，向活佛敬哈达，送供养钱、送东西。如果我当场拒绝不要，他们会不高兴，这是他们的信仰。我就先收起来，然后交换一下，有时是给他们一些药品，有时是对其他地方进行救助，比如修复寺庙。”

　　从宗教角度来说，确定转世活佛最重要的就是寻找灵童。珠康活佛透露了一些寻找灵童的细节：

　　“一个活佛到了一定年龄、到该走的时候，有些是有留言写下来的，比如有个孩子出生在哪里；有些是在活佛去世之前，他身边的人听他说了什么话，比如“我以后要去哪里哪里”。十世班禅1985年来到那曲，到我们寺庙讲经。他反复说：“我非常喜欢那曲，喜欢牧区，我以后一定到那曲来。”最后他的灵童就出现在那曲（嘉黎县）。还有的是活佛去世以后火葬，大家就观察一下烟往哪个方向飘。飘向哪里，灵童肯定是在那个方向。另外一种方式是打听一下，这一年有没有特殊的小孩或征兆，有的话要保密，先走一走、看一看、问一问。最后政府签字盖章有效，这就是真活佛。”

　　现在的珠康活佛将很多精力都放在了西藏佛学院院长的工作上。西藏佛学院于2011年开办，长期以来，达赖集团利用我们学经制度的弊端和缺点，采取“册封”宗教名位、“授予”宗教学位等手段诱骗僧人出境。寺庙有些学经班管理失控，成为达赖集团搞分裂破坏的先锋，有的僧人不惜偷越国境到境外“学经”，有些人又被派回来搞分裂活动。在这种情况下，西藏佛学院肩负的责任不仅是育人，更有维护国家利益的重要作用。身为院长的珠康活佛，自然责无旁贷。(中国西藏网 文/赵钊)
