说起塌方容易想起山西，曾发生塌方式腐败的这个省份，一度多个地市党政一把手出缺。
在山西已配齐11个地市党政一把手，全力打造新形象时，政知局注意到，有一个省份在落马地市党政一把手数量方面正追平山西的记录。仅就落马的市委书记数量而言，都已经超过山西了。
打破记录的是中部省份河南。6月15日，河南省焦作市原市委书记孙立坤落马。孙是十八后河南省内落马的第6位市委书记。
有书记卸任一个月后落马
与河南省内此前落马的诸多市委书记不同，孙立坤在卸任焦作市委书记一职后落马。
5月13日下午，焦作召开全市领导干部会议，河南省委组织部副部长朱是西宣布省委决定：王小平同志任焦作市委委员、常委、书记，孙立坤同志不再担任焦作市委书记、常委、委员职务。
孙立坤生于1957年10月，尚未满60岁。此番去职前，他已在焦作工作8年有余，历任副市长、市长、市委书记。先后与路国贤、张文深、谢玉安、徐衣显搭档，2013年接替路国贤担任书记后，经历三任市长。

说完这些话不过月余，孙立坤便落马。
像这样未到退休年龄先卸职后落马的官员并不多。政知局知道的，还有山东省枣庄市原市委书记陈伟。2015年2月8日被免职，20天后因涉嫌违纪遭受调查。这一“落马”出人意料！《财经》援引一名接近枣庄政界的人士的消息称，早在2013年，组织部门的内部公示显示，陈伟已经被考察完毕，如无意外将被提拔为副省级干部。
焦作两任市委书记先后落马
焦作是十八大后河南“首虎”曾主政的地方。
2014年9月21日，河南省人大常委会原党组书记、副主任秦玉海因涉嫌严重违纪违法，被宣布接受组织调查。这是十八后河南首个落马的省部级官员。
1998年12月，作为重点培养的优秀年轻干部，45岁的秦玉海从黑龙江省交流到河南省焦作市任市委副书记、市长，2年后担任市委书记。短短5年中，在他的力主推动下，焦作市调整经济结构，大力发展旅游业，实现了由“黑”到“绿”的华丽转身。云台山也迅速扬名全国，被国家列为5A级风景旅游区。秦玉海落马后披露的贪腐故事，多与焦作有关。
秦玉海还是个“摄影家” 秦玉海或许从未想过自己会是河南“首虎”。《南方周末》记者在秦落马后发文提到，曾在当年8月传出秦玉海和一河南省公安厅副厅长被查消息时短信秦，秦回复：谢谢关心，谣言止于智者。记者回忆说，晚些时候的电话中，他跟秦开玩笑：“河南至今没有省部级干部落马，所以大家都等着看谁会是第一个。”秦笑着说：“是啊是啊。”

落马市委书记谁最多
在孙立坤之前，安阳、驻马店、开封、三门峡、洛阳等5市曾先后有在职市委书记落马。孙立坤是第六位落马的。这在全国非常少见。

半年内两任市委书记先后被抓
官场出事儿往往不是一个而是一串。
市委书记被免职的新乡，十八大后至少有三名副市长、一名政协副主席、一名政法委书记及一名高新区管委会主任被查，其中两人为新乡市委常委班子成员。与新乡紧挨着的安阳，十八大后则有包括市委书记在内的3名市委常委落马。河南第二虎陈雪枫为官的洛阳，也有市委秘书长、市人大常委会副主任等主要官员落马。
据政知局梳理，河南18个省辖市都揪出过贪腐厅官，其中不乏市委常委。值得一提的是，很多地市还不只一次遭遇反腐风暴。
以三门峡为例，2015年7月，时任三门峡市委书记杨树平倒下。杨树平出事前，三门峡市政协原副主席、原副秘书长、森林公安局原局长先后落马，出事后又有市卫生局党委书记、市文化广电新闻出版局副调研员和渑池县委原副书记先后被双开。此前在2009年、2010年，包括副市长在内的9名时任三门峡官员因买官卖官被抓。
杨树平 以包青天闻名的开封更甚，半年内两任市委书记接连落马。2014年12月31日，时任市委书记祁金立落马，其前任刘长春（时任河南省人大常委会财政经济工作委员会主任委员）早在当年7月落马。3年前安全调离的刘长春，最终难逃被查的命运。祁金立接棒市委书记的2011年，开封在一个月内市长、组织部长相继落马，时任市委书记刘长春调离，引发官场地震。
有媒体当年报道了这场官场地震。有人在论坛说：“其实记者并不了解开封市官场腐败行情。场面上的人都知道：组织部长李森林并不是批发官帽的‘大老板’，‘大老板’是原市委书记刘长春。”
