  问:据报道,18日印尼海军发言人称,印尼海军舰船当日在纳土纳群岛海域扣押1艘非法捕鱼的中国籍渔船和7名中国渔民,期间还进行过警告性射击。请中方对此予以确认。


  答:17日,中国渔船在南海中国西南传统渔场正常作业时,遭多艘印尼海军舰船袭扰和枪击,造成中国渔船受损,1名船员中弹受伤,另外1艘渔船和船上7名人员被印尼方抓扣。


  接消息后,中方紧急派遣在附近执法的海警舰船赶赴事发海域保护渔船渔民,营救伤员,并通过外交渠道向印尼方提出强烈抗议和严正交涉。18日晨,我受伤船员已紧急送至海南省当地医院救治,目前伤情得到控制。


  事发海域为中国渔民的传统渔场和中印尼双方海洋权益主张重叠海域。印尼军舰滥用武力,袭扰枪击中国渔船,侵害中国渔民的生命财产安全,严重违反包括《联合国海洋法公约》在内的国际法,违反《南海各方行为宣言》。中方对此种滥用武力的行为强烈抗议和谴责。中方敦促印尼方不再采取使争议复杂化、扩大化和影响和平与稳定的行动,并以建设性的方式处理海上渔业问题。
