这是德阳市警方破获的首起网络淫秽色情案件，在全省破获的同类案件中也十分典型。

通过进一步侦查，民警很快确定发布这段淫秽视频的是一个网名叫“雪梨枪”的女主播，她也是这段视频中的2名女性表演者之一。随着调查的深入，“雪梨枪”的真实身份逐渐浮出水面，这个网络直播圈的“当红女主播”名叫林某某，21岁，德阳中江县人，事发时暂住成都市区。

蹲守：主播迪拜旅游回来当晚被抓

办案民警辗转多地，对案件展开深入调查。一名参与此案的民警介绍，“雪梨枪”不仅拥有近万名微博粉丝，而且从2015年底开始，她先后成为多个手机直播软件的热门女主播，拥有着4万余人的粉丝量，在圈内“名气”不小。

今年3月以来，随着“名气”不断增大，粉丝越来越多，林某某便伙同19岁的李某、21岁的王某两位德阳老乡，在多个手机直播平台和QQ、微信上，以“66元微信红包进QQ群看私播视频”为诱惑，招募会员进行淫秽表演。

掌握了关键情况后，绵竹警方决定对林某某等涉案人员实施抓捕。5月4日晚8时许，德阳、绵竹两级警方组成的抓捕小组，在成都市金牛区某小区门口，将刚从阿联酋迪拜旅行回来的林某某和王某，以及前来迎接她们的李某等三人当场抓获。

面对审讯，林某某、李某和王某等三人对自己利用网络传播淫秽视频的犯罪事实均供认不讳。

据三名犯罪嫌疑人交待，得知在网络直播平台上进行淫秽表演直播可以赚不少钱后，她们便萌生了先通过直播淫秽视频把自己炒红，然后再利用“网红”的身份和“知名度”，来牟取暴利的想法。据她们交待，三个人当中，林某某负责组建数个临时QQ群和进行色情表演，并上传至临时QQ群、网盘等网络空间，供群成员下载观看；李某在担任临时QQ群的管理员，负责审核入群“粉丝”的付款情况并帮助林某某录制淫秽色情视频；王某则进行群成员招募。

“粉丝”们付款加入林某某组建的临时QQ群后，并不像普通QQ群一样，与“雪梨枪”等几位女主播对话，群成员之间也互不聊天，只是按照群通知的时间上线观看“雪梨枪”淫秽直播表演，下载观看“雪梨枪”等人上传到共享文件中淫秽、不雅视频。

短短一两个月时间内，三个95后女主播便通过数个临时QQ群，共招募了粉丝1300余人次，收取红包10万余元。这些钱均被她们用于了日常开销、购买奢侈品和旅行消费。

据林某某交待，大学毕业后她在成都找了一份售货员的工作，但觉得太累又不挣钱，没干多久就辞职了。后来，跟着别人做起了微商，但收益很一般。2015年底前后，林某某开始以“雪梨枪”的网名，“专心致志”地做起了网络平台的女主播。

据林某某交待，当天她先是利用手机直播平台对他们4人的淫秽表演进行直播，但很快被直播平台监控人员发现并封号。随后，他们便改用手机继续进行录制，并分别将其上传至临时QQ群、网盘等网络空间。
