Beijing plans to step up construction of charging network. According to the plan, 2020 Beijing charging infrastructure services network will effectively protect the 600,000 electric vehicles charging needs. 调价前，北京市电力公司所属电动汽车公共充电设施按照电价与服务费打包1.2元/度的优惠电价执行。6月15日执行峰谷分时电价后，充电价格(含服务费)调整为峰时(1.8044元/度)、平时(1.4950元/度)、谷时(1.1946元/度)三类。充电服务费收费标准不变，仍为0.8元/度。峰时价格执行时段为每日10时至15时和18时至21时；平时价格执行时段为每日7时至10时、15时至18时和21时至23时；谷时价格执行时段为当日23时至次日的7时。

此次调价范围包括北京市出租车、2吨、3吨、8吨环卫车专用场站和公交快充站、及公共充电站点。目前，北京市电力公司建设运营的充电桩共计4440个，其中专用领域3098个，社会公用充电设施为1342个。今年计划再建设社会公用和公共专用桩共5900个。

私人自用充电桩不在本次调价范围，居民家庭住宅、居民住宅小区、执行居民电价的非居民用户中设置的充电设施用电，仍执行居民用电价格中的合表用户电价，即0.4733元/度。

北京市计划加大建设充电服务网络。根据规划，2020年北京充电设施服务网络将有效保障60万辆电动汽车的充电需求。届时，城市核心区、通州新城、亦庄、延庆冬奥区域等重点区域充电服务半径将小于0.9公里。
