彭丽媛院长会见山东艺术学院李宗伟书记、张志民院长

　　为做好学校“十三五”事业发展规划和综合改革方案的起草论证调研工作，6月14日，我校（编者注：山东艺术学院）党委书记李宗伟、院长张志民一行7人赴解放军艺术学院，围绕艺术人才培养、教育教学改革、艺术创作实践、师资队伍和师德师风建设等方面进行了综合学习考察。

　　解放军艺术学院院长、著名歌唱家、歌剧表演艺术家、我校校友彭丽媛教授热情会见了山艺代表团一行。彭院长深情回忆了在山艺的学习生活经历，对母校优良的治学传统、深厚的文化积淀、严谨的教风学风记忆犹新，并期望青年学子们继承传统、德艺兼修、刻苦勤奋、勇于超越。彭院长还向山艺全体师生员工特别是老一辈教育工作者表示亲切问候和祝福。

　　学习考察期间，解放军艺术学院孙健政委、董斌常务副院长、张方副院长以及有关部、处负责同志与代表团进行了座谈交流，介绍了军艺在思想政治建设、教育教学改革、艺术创作研究、师资队伍和师德师风建设等方面的有关情况。代表团一行观看了军艺数字院史馆展播，观摩了戏剧、音乐、舞蹈课堂教学展示，考察了体育中心、学员公寓等教学生活场所。

　　通过此次学习考察，山艺代表团一行一致认为，解放军艺术学院治校办学理念先进，人才培养模式科学，改革发展措施得力，艺术创作研究成果丰硕，校园文化建设特色鲜明，服务部队和国家社会业绩突出，大家感到深受教育，备受启发，收获很大，下一步要结合我校实际，系统学习借鉴军艺的宝贵经验，加大改革发展力度，提升人才培养质量，抓住“十三五”战略机遇，推动学校事业又好又快发展。
