　　新京报快讯（记者温薷 实习生戴轩）今日，记者从北京市中国卫生计划生育委员会了解到，2016年6月14日，北京市发现一例河北来京就诊的人感染H7N9禽流感病例。目前患者病情危重，正在医院接受隔离治疗。目前已确定的患者的密切接触者均已实施医学观察，截至目前未发现异常。据了解，今年5月21日，北京首例禽流感患者发病，目前病情危重。

　　患者陈某，女，68岁，河北省廊坊市农民，因病情危重，由河北省当地医院转至北京医院进行治疗，经患者在北京就诊医院检测和北京市疾病预防控制中心复核，患者下呼吸道标本为H7N9禽流感病毒核酸阳性。目前未发现患者有明确的禽类接触史或活禽市场暴露史。

　　人感染H7N9禽流感为乙类传染病，目前H7N9禽流感病毒的病原学特征、传播途径和传播模式没有发生明显变化，但并不排除北京居民感染H7N9禽流感病毒的可能。此外，北京医疗机构众多，外地病例到北京就诊的人数多，也不排除外地输入性病例到北京医疗机构就诊而被确诊的可能。
