“台湾民政府”涉诈欺被调查 洪素珠是其成员|洪素珠_新闻资讯

　　中国台湾网6月13日讯　据台湾《联合报》报道，“台湾民政府”成员洪素珠侮辱退休老兵的影片曝光，“台湾民政府”这一组织也引起外界注意。“台湾民政府”自称是美国军事政府下的合法政府组织，自制身份证与车牌。由于未依台湾有关社团法规登记立案却办理募资，台当局“法务部”已搜集数据，质疑该组织涉嫌刑事诈欺罪。

　　报道称，台当局“内政部”认为，基于相关法律保障集会结社自由，“台湾民政府”未依人团法登记为社团，没有暴力行为，无法可管。但法界认为，这个组织打着政治口号，有募资之实，已涉诈欺罪嫌。

　　台当局“法务部”曾就此组织作出报告，认为“台湾民政府”未依法登记，属非法组织，自行发车牌已违反道路交通安全处罚条例；该组织未获美国政府同意却对外称是美国政府下的组织，另有收费行为，涉诈欺之嫌。（中国台湾网 卢佳静）
