　　默克尔在采访中表示，她在访华期间将会造访沈阳。中国东北地区正在经历结构性改革，德国也曾经历相似过程。北莱茵－威斯特法伦州(北威州)曾 非常依赖钢铁工业，当她想到北威州，就能体会到中国东北地区面临同样问题。她有兴趣看看中方制定了何种行动计划，德方能否提供意见和行动上的帮助。
