　　本报上海6月8日电 （记者 卫建萍）今天，复旦大学林森浩投毒案受害人黄洋的父母向复旦大学、中山医院等4被告提起民事赔偿一案已进入法庭审理阶段。

　　5月6日，黄洋的父母向上海市徐汇区人民法院递交了民事起诉状，将复旦大学、复旦大学附属中山医院、吕某某及天津市化学试剂研究所有限公司告上法庭，请求判令4被告向原告公开赔礼道歉，且向原告连带赔偿167万余元。5月13日，徐汇法院正式受理此案。

　　原告诉称，复旦大学对实验所需的二甲基亚硝胺剧毒化学品疏于管理，实验所涉项目由中山医院具体实施，而实验所剩的二甲基亚硝胺长期置于中山医院实验室，一直处于无人管理的状态，致林森浩轻松窃取并最终酿成悲剧，复旦大学与中山医院都应对黄洋之死承担连带赔偿责任。同时，吕某某擅自购买、随意放置剧毒化学品，天津化学试剂研究所在未审查剧毒化学品购买许可证等材料的情况下，向吕某某出售剧毒化学品，导致二甲基亚硝胺处于失控状态，皆违反了《危险化学品安全管理条例》的相关规定，也应对黄洋之死承担连带赔偿责任。原告要求4被告公开赔礼道歉，连带赔偿丧葬费、死亡赔偿金、精神抚慰金、住宿费、交通费等167万余元。

　　6月6日上午，双方代理人在徐汇法院诉调对接中心进行了诉前调解。调解中，原告方坚持其诉讼请求及所依据的事实理由，但4被告方均不认为应承担赔偿责任。由于双方当事人分歧较大致调解不成，未达成调解意见。由此，案件进入法庭审理阶段。（稿件来源：人民法院报）
