IT资讯讯 6月4日消息，近日，暴风集团发布公告，称将与暴风鑫汇（天津）、天津坤体、暴风鑫体等4方共同出资1亿元，成立暴风体育有限责任公司（以下简称“暴风体育”）。

根据协议，暴风集团、暴风鑫汇、天津坤体、暴风鑫体拟共同投资人民币1亿元成立暴风体育子公司，其中，暴风集团出资人民币1,990万元，占股权比例的19.9%，暴风鑫汇出资人民币5,787.78万元，占股权比例的57.878%，天津坤体出资人民币1,111.11万元，占股权比例的11.111%，暴风鑫体出资人民币1,111.11万元，占股权比例的11.111%。

根据公告，暴风体育主要业务包括销售电子产品、体育用品、通讯设备，以及体育运动项目经营、组织体育文化交流活动等。
