6月4日消息 只需提供自己的身份信息给他人在分期网站上购买手机，由他人负责还款，便可轻松赚得每单500元至1000元的“好处费”，这种看似“美差”却暗藏陷阱。近日，济南警方成功侦破一起“分期购”诈骗案，54名在校大学生上当受骗，涉案金额超百万元，目前两名犯罪嫌疑人已被批准逮捕。
今年3月2日，济南市公安局长清分局潘村派出所接到在校大学生小黄的报警电话，小黄称将自己的身份信息给他人在分期网站上购买手机，由他人负责还款，对方付给小黄每单500元，共计3500元的“好处费”。不料3个月后，小黄接到七个分期平台的催款电话，贷款逾期未还金额高达5万多元。心急如焚的小黄赶紧联系经办人，不料对方已联系不上。
接到报案后，长清警方高度重视，立即抽调精干力量组成专案组开展侦查。专案组调查发现，还有50多名在校大学生遭遇了与小黄同样的诈骗。
专案组初步查明，自称“徐文”和“张义”的两名男子在济南几所高校内，承诺学生“只需提供自己的身份信息给二人在分期网站上购买手机，由二人负责还款，学生不用还款，并与学生签订《保证协议》，便可轻松赚得每单500元至1000元的好处费”。
经进一步调查，民警分析犯罪嫌疑人为逃避法律制裁故意使用假身份，并确定二人的真实身份分别为胡某、张某，于3月17日、3月18日分别将胡某、张某抓获，并将二人刑事拘留。
经审讯，二人对违法事实供认不讳。据了解，胡某、张某在2015年3月份至2016年3月份期间，分别利用假名给54名大学生分别在“爱学贷”“分期乐”“人人分期”“优分期”等七个分期平台网站注册信息办理分期购买手机的贷款业务，手机、贷款由胡、张二人处理，总贷款金额为118.5万余元。胡、张二人将手机转手卖出后分成并不再还款，二人的行为性质已构成合同诈骗犯罪。
随后，专案组先后奔赴北京、杭州、厦门、深圳等地，对相关分期平台网站开展调查取证，目前胡某、张某已被长清区人民检察院批准逮捕。
