北京“年均工资”榜单出炉 哪些行业收入高？

　　新京报快讯(记者沙璐) 北京市统计局今天公布了2015年城镇私营及非私营单位就业人员年平均工资情况，其中，北京市的非私营单位就业人员年均工资111390元，私营单位就业人员年平均工资为58689元，二者相差52701元。

　　非私营单位人员年均工资11万

　　数据显示，2015年北京市城镇非私营单位就业人员年平均工资为111390元，与2014年的102268元相比，增加9122元，增长8.9%，扣除物价因素，实际增长7%。其中，年平均工资最高的三个行业分别是金融业，信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业，卫生和社会工作139176元，分别为全市平均水平的2.23倍、1.43倍和1.25倍。

　　从登记注册类型看，外商投资企业的年平均工资最高，为157966元;其次是股份有限公司，为140491元;第三位是港澳台商投资企业，为127552元，分别为全市平均水平的1.42倍、1.26倍和1.15倍。

　　今年北京市城镇私营单位就业人员年平均工资为58689元，与2014年的52902元相比，增加了5787元，增长10.9%，扣除物价因素，实际增长8.9%。其中，年平均工资最高的三个行业分别是金融业，信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业，房地产业，分别为全市平均水平的1.91、1.55和1.26倍。据北京市统计局相关负责人介绍，这是房地产业首次进入前三名。

　　与2015年全国城镇非私营单位就业人员年平均工资62029元相比，北京高出近5万元，该负责人表示，是因为从事金融和信息行业人员比例较大，进而拉高了工资水平。

　　行业工资“贫富”差距超5倍

　　新京报记者比较发现，私营单位与非私营单位差距较大，私营单位就业人员年平均工资比非私营单位少了52701元。

　　北京市统计局相关负责人表示，城镇非私营单位与私营单位间、不同行业间就业人员年平均工资存在差距。

　　不过，从纵向比较看，二者的差距在缩小。该负责人分析称，从工资增速看，城镇私营单位年平均工资增速快于非私营单位2个百分点。从工资水平看，私营单位就业人员年平均工资为非私营单位就业人员的52.7%，比上年提高1个百分点。

　　该负责人同时指出，不同行业就业人员年平均工资存在较大差距。比如，城镇非私营单位中年平均工资最高的行业是金融业，为248320元，是最低的居民服务、修理和其他服务业(48613元)的5.11倍;城镇私营单位中年平均工资最高的行业是金融业，为111921元，是最低的农、林、牧、渔业(35077元)的3.19倍。
