根据此前公告，乐视网拟向不超过5名特定对象，发行不超过1.55亿股，募集资金不超过48亿元。在其发布的资金可行性报告中，29.79亿元作为本次交易的现金支付部分，用于收购乐视影业30.4%股权；其余用于补充公司流动资金、拍摄电影和自制生态剧，以及建立乐视影业IP库建设项目。据了解，此次定增是乐视网自2010年8月登陆创业板以来的首次再融资。

乐视网在今年5月6日傍晚，发布公告，宣布乐视影业即将注入乐视网，并发布了相关预案，乐视影业此次估值98.4亿元。根据重组方案，乐视网拟以41.37元/股发行1.65亿股，并支付现金29.79亿元，合计作价98亿元收购乐视控股等44名股东持有的乐视影业100%股权，交易对方包括张艺谋、郭敬明、孙红雷等多位明星。
