31省中学教师学历比拼 北京15%是研究生

  近日,北京的人大附中在网上公示了一份选聘教师的名单。该校新招的16名教师中,有9名博士、7名硕士。这些人全都毕业于清华、北大、人大、北外和中科院,还有两名海归。

  有网友说,名校博士去当中学老师,是“浪费”。但教师招聘本身就是择业者与用人单位相互选择的结果。一份如此过硬的招聘名单,显示出了招聘单位的实力和应聘者的个人意愿。

  很多人对这份招聘名单的关注里,还掺杂着“羡慕”和“焦虑”。很多小城市和乡镇的中学,很难吸引到优质的毕业生来当教师。全国各省之间,教师实力的差别也非常大。高考将至,我们在讨论各省高招名额不平衡的同时,也需要关注各地中学教育资源的巨大差距。

  高中教师学历

  北京19%是研究生 贵州和新疆仅2%

  新京报记者根据教育部2014年公布的数据计算,全国高中在任教师中,九成是本科毕业,5.75%是研究生毕业,但这一比例在各省的差距很大。排名前三的北京、上海、天津,研究生学历的教师占比都超过10%,其中北京高达19.2%。在排名靠后的云南、青海、贵州和新疆这几个西部省份,比例只有2%左右。最高和最低省份比例相差9倍。

  同时,全国高中教师中,专科学历的只占3.1%,但有16个省份超过了这个平均数,青海最高,达到9%。

  初中教师学历

  江西32%的教师专科毕业 北京仅1.7%

  全国初中教师的学历,相比高中教师整体略低些。本科毕业者占大约76%,研究生仅占1.57%。

  如果把初中和高中的教师进行整体计算,研究生毕业的教师占比最高是北京(14.9%)、上海(9%)和天津(8.2%)。比例最低的是新疆和贵州,分别只有1%和0.9%。

  中学教师职称

  辽宁、天津的高级教师占比最高

  对教师来说,实际操作经验也很重要,因此除了学历,教师职称也是一个衡量学校实力的标准。全国中学教师中,除了未定职级的,高级教师近两成,一级教师占四成,二级占30.8%,三级占1.2%。各省高级教师密度排名,北京仅为第8名,最高的是辽宁,高达40%。共17个省份低于全国平均水平,西藏垫底,只有5.9%

  需要注意的是,教育部公布的只是指具有教师资格,专门从事教学工作的专任教师,很多暂时没有教师资格的执教者没有被统计在内。
