微软称正在部署两项修复措施，其中一项可提供临时短期方案来屏蔽垃圾邮件，另外一项则是长期修复，可以阻止垃圾邮件抵达Outlook的基础架构。

微软正将自家的Outlook.com后端整合到Office 365服务器，不清楚今天发生的问题是否与此有关，此次故障影响的范围比较大，很多用户都在Twitter上反映该问题。
