　　2016年5月27日，官渡分局经侦大队接群众匿名举报称，有人在日新村一带制造、出售假发票，且数量巨大。接报后，官渡经侦大队联合曙光派出所组织民警展开摸排，经过近三天的蹲点守候，发现一个以浙江省临海市人员为首的制售假发票犯罪团伙。

　　5月30日11时许，官渡经侦大队联合曙光派出所采取统一行动，成功捣毁了该犯罪团伙位于关上日新村268号、277号、428号制售假发票窝点，现场查获假“云南省地方税务局通用定额发票”100余万份、空白“机打发票”3万余份(可填开金额近万亿元)，以及用于制造假发票的笔记本电脑3台、彩色打印机3台、营销名片近千份，抓获嫌疑人杨某某、周某、方某某等3人。
