中方对菲律宾候任外长积极表态表示欢迎

　　中新社北京6月1日消息，针对菲律宾候任外长称愿同中国就南海问题举行双边对话，中国外交部发言人华春莹在6月1日的例行记者会上答记者问时对有关表态表示欢迎，并表示希望菲新一届政府与中方相向而行，回到双边对话的轨道上来。

　　有记者问，据报道，菲律宾候任外长亚赛日前表示，愿同中国就南海问题举行双边对话，称除了双边对话外没有其他渠道可以解决问题。中方对此有何评论？

　　华春莹表示，中方欢迎亚赛先生有关表态。中菲建交40多年来，两国历届领导人都曾在面对面的会见或会谈中，并在双方共同发表的一系列双边政治文件中，明确同意中菲南海争议要通过双边直接谈判和平解决。这也是双方在2002年共同签署的《南海各方行为宣言》中的郑重承诺。

　　华春莹称，正是基于上述共识，长期以来中菲两国通过对话协商有效管控了南海争议。希望菲新一届政府恪守有关共识与承诺，回到双边对话的轨道上来，同中方相向而行，妥善处理有关分歧，为中菲关系健康稳定发展做出努力。
