　　新京报快讯(记者赵实)建成后将成为北京第一高楼、首都新地标的中国尊，其建设进展备受关注。6月1日，北京市住建系统“安全生产月”在朝阳CBD核心区的中国尊项目拉开帷幕，新京报记者在现场获悉，中国尊已经建到了50层，预计其高度将在8月超过国贸三期。

　　2013年7月正式开建的中国尊，曾一次性浇筑完成5.6万方地板混凝土，历时93小时，创下首都新纪录。中国尊项目高528米，总建筑面积43.7万平方米，地下7层，地上108层，集甲级写字楼、会议、观光以及多种配套服务功能于一体，是世界上第一座在抗震防烈度8度区建造的500米以上超高层大楼，采用“核心筒+巨柱+巨型斜撑+带状桁架”混合结构体系，每个结构层用钢量相比同类超高层项目高出50%以上，工程作用的钢构件从天津、江苏、上海等地通过预拼装后运抵北京，总量超过14万吨。

　　祝敏说，由于中国尊大厦在国内500米以上的超高层建筑中工期最短，仅为62个月，所以传统施工方法很难满足安全、质量和工期要求，“因此，项目采用超高层建筑智能化施工装备集成平台系统，简称智能顶升钢平台，我们所站的顶部单层面积超过1800平方米，自重2300吨，最大高度38米，有7层楼那么高。”他说，平台承载力高、抗侧刚度大，共设12个支承点位，总顶推力达4800吨，居世界第一，而且，平台的空间框架结构可抵御高空14级强风作用。
