　　5月30日晚21时30分，兰州大学第一附属医院急诊科收治了一名因车祸受伤的女患者宋某，经初步诊断，患者宋某胸部软组织损伤，左侧肘部及右小腿擦伤。初诊后，宋某被急诊科安排在观察室普通病床输液治疗。随后，宋某及其家属要求在急救室病床输液，并为此与急救室值班医护人员高某某发生口角和撕扯。随后，宋某之子王某某(男，31岁，本市城关区人)不顾周围多人的劝阻，挥拳殴打高某某，致使其左眼部位顿挫伤、眼睑皮肤裂伤。
