　　晨报讯　人口老龄化和出生率下降是全球很多国家目前正在面临的问题。昨天，上海论坛2016就“老龄化和劳动力”在复旦大学开讲，中外专家学者就此展开“头脑风暴”。

　　美国弗吉尼亚大学校长特蕾莎·沙利文校长在演讲中提到，出生率下降在短期内会为政府带来益处，因为需要教育的人口下降，但从长远看也会带来严重危害。以美国为例，出生率从2007年的2.12下滑到2014年的1.78。1.8的生育率意味着到了2089年，美国的社保赤字将是出生率为2.2情况下的两倍。

　　目前，中国正在经历类似的出生率下滑过程，计划生育带来的一个直观现象是小学入学人数的大幅减少——1995年，中国有2530万小学生入学，而到了2008年，这一数字下降了三分之一。未来十年间，中国20-24岁年轻劳动力规模将减少30%。（稿件来源：新闻晨报）
