北京第二中级法院裁定黄光裕减刑11个月

　　新华社北京5月31日电（记者 熊琳）北京市第二中级人民法院31日发布刑事裁定书，罪犯黄光裕减去有期徒刑11个月。减刑后，其应执行刑期至2021年2月16日。

　　另据法制晚报讯 (记者 洪雪 ) 今天二中院作出裁定，经审理查明，黄光裕在刑罚执行期间确有悔改表现，符合法定减刑条件，对其减去有期徒刑十一个月（减刑后应执行的刑期自2008年11月17日起至2021年2月16日止），原判附加刑并处罚金人民币6亿元、没收个人部分财产人民币2亿元不变（已缴纳），裁定送达后即发生法律效力。（微信ID：fzwb_52165216)

　　黄光裕因犯非法经营罪、内幕交易罪、单位行贿罪，被判处有期徒刑14年，并处罚金人民币6亿元，没收个人部分财产人民币两亿元。黄光裕现在北京市第二监狱服刑，其于2012年被减刑十个月。2015年12月7日，刑罚执行机关以罪犯黄光裕获得2次监狱改造积极分子为由，建议将其刑期减去一年。

　　出生于1969年的黄光裕，今年46周岁。1987年，他的"国美电器"正式挂牌，走上家电零售业。2004年，国美借壳鹏润于香港上市，黄光裕同年以105亿元财富问鼎胡润"中国大陆富豪榜"榜首。

　　2008年11月23日，黄光裕因涉嫌经济犯罪被北京警方拘查。

　　2010年8月30日，黄光裕因非法经营罪、内幕交易罪和单位行贿罪被判处有期徒刑14年，同时被判罚金6亿元，没收财产2亿元。

　　据了解，2014年6月1日起正式施行的《最高人民法院关于减刑、假释案件审理程序的规定》的要求，人民法院审理减刑、假释案件，应当在立案后五日内将执行机关报请减刑、假释的建议书等材料依法向社会公示。（微信ID：fzwb_52165216)

　　2014年6月12日，二中院首次对减刑案件面向社会进行公示，首次公布的43件减刑案件共涉及服刑罪犯43人，涵盖盗窃罪、故意伤害罪、抢劫罪、诈骗罪、强奸罪、非国家工作人员受贿罪、职务侵占罪等十一个罪名。其中还包括原国家级足球裁判陆俊减刑案。
